- Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls to appropriate departments or personnel
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar management using digital tools such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate office management tasks to support team productivity
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries professionally and courteously
- Perform clerical duties including typing, proofreading, and managing correspondence with excellent phone etiquette
Qualifications
- Proven experience in front desk or office management roles with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, data entry, and filing systems
- Excellent communication skills with bilingual abilities preferred to serve diverse clientele effectively
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and customer service best practices
- Knowledge of clerical tasks such as proofreading, calendar management, and time management techniques
- Previous experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is a plus but not required
- Strong typing skills along with familiarity with bookkeeping, QuickBooks, or administrative support tools is advantageous
