Job Title: Executive Housekeeper
Job Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, orderliness, and appearance throughout our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to maintain a positive work environment. As an Executive Housekeeper, you will play a critical role in upholding our reputation for excellence and creating a welcoming atmosphere for both guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all housekeeping operations, including cleaning processes, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
Train, motivate, and lead a team of housekeeping staff to provide outstanding cleanliness and customer service.
Develop and implement efficient housekeeping policies and procedures to enhance overall operations.
Conduct regular inspections of all areas to ensure adherence to cleanliness and quality standards.
Manage budgets, control expenses, and order housekeeping supplies and equipment as needed.
Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless communication and operations.
Address guest queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
Prepare regular reports on department performance and present them to senior management.
Maintain a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff by ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in housekeeping software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality management are a plus.
