  • Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and support administrative processes
  • Assist with office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and maintaining cleanliness of the reception area
  • Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries, providing information, and offering support via phone or in person
  • Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and basic bookkeeping software like QuickBooks to streamline office operations

Experience

  • Previous office experience or clerical experience in a fast-paced environment is highly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in busy settings
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clients
  • Proficiency with computer literacy including typing, data entry, proofreading, and using office management software
  • Experience with medical or dental receptionist duties is advantageous but not required
  • Personal assistant or administrative support experience will be considered a strong asset
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as multi-line phones, printers, scanners, and filing systems is essential
