Housekeeper
Location: Wallace, ID (on-site)
Schedule: Typically 9a – 3p (flexes with occupancy); weekend/holiday rotation. Winter includes more deep-clean projects.
Job Type: Part-time or Seasonal (15 to 35 hours a week -depending on occupancy and season) Year round is also possible for the right candidates
Pay: $12–$14/hr DOE + 90-day raise review

What You’ll Do

Room Turns & Refreshes

• Make beds, dust, vacuum, mop
• Sanitize bathrooms and high-touch areas
• Restock amenities, remove trash, reset rooms to brand standard
• Follow daily checklists to ensure consistency

Deep Cleans & Projects (Winter / Low Season)

• Detail cleaning (baseboards, vents, grout, etc.)
• Carpet/spot treatments

Light Maintenance

• Replace bulbs/batteries
• Report larger issues promptly

Common Areas & Grounds

• Keep lobby, laundry, hallways, and exterior clean and stocked
• Maintain carts and supplies at end of each shift / HK closets organized
• Help with lawn care

Safety & Reporting

• Follow chemical and safety protocols
• Flag hazards and room issues using simple checklists

What Success Looks Like

• Room Quality: 95%+ on inspections; zero health/safety misses
• Timeliness:
• ~30 minutes per standard clean
• ~45 minutes for full pulls
• 1–2 hours for deep cleans
• Guest Experience: Positive cleanliness mentions; friendly interactions
• Teamwork: Reliable attendance, clear communication, accurate supply tracking

Nice to Have:

• 1+ year housekeeping experience
• Basic fix-it skills (we’ll train)

Physical Requirements

• Standing/walking most of shift
• Bending, kneeling, reaching, climbing stairs/ladders
• Lifting up to 50 lbs (linens, vacuums, supplies)
