Job Title: Guest Service Agent. This position is required to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays when needed. Hours for the shift are 3 pm-11 pm and may have the option to work some morning shifts 7 am-3 pm

Reports To: Guest Service Manager and Front Office Director
Starting Pay: $17/Hr.
As a Guest Service Agent for Cliffrose, you will serve on the Front Office Team, to provide services for Guests to contribute to an overall exceptional experience from check-in through check-out and complete audits, as required.
Duties:
- Greet, Check-in/Check-out guests as needed.
- Assign rooms to guests of the hotel.
- Achieve positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Contact housekeeping or the Engineering Team when guests report issues.
- Make and confirm reservations.
- Keep records of room availability and guests’ accounts.
- Post charges, such as those for rooms, food, or sundries to ledgers.
- Compute bills, collect payments, and make changes for guests.
- Record guest comments or complaints, referring customers to managers as necessary.
- Review accounts and charges with guests during the check-out process.
- Advise housekeeping staff when rooms have been vacated and are ready for cleaning.
- Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services, guest registration, and travel directions, or make recommendations regarding shopping, dining, or entertainment.
- Actively looking for ways to help people.
