We are a 164 room hotel & conference centre located in central Canmore.

We are seeking an experience customer focused superstar to assist our Front Desk Manager in the daily operation of our busy front desk whilst maintaining a high level of guest service and lead by example. With a combination of passion for the job and the right communication with other departments you have the ability and empowerment to make the guests experience more than memorable.

The ideal candidate must have a positive and professional upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service to our guests and exceed guest expectations.

Other duties include;

  • Providing leadership, training and support to department ambassadors, with respect to all Front Desk duties and processes.
  • To identify, implement and maintain systems, procedures and standards that lead to the continuing improvement of service levels.
  • To take on authority figure at the Front Desk when Assistant Manager or Guest Service Manager absent. To reassure guests and to take immediate action on complaints or failures in the hotel operations.
  • Actively participates, coaches and leads ambassadors in guest problem resolution process.
  • Ensure that all Guest Service Agents complete their essential duties before departure.
  • Assist with all sick calls or unpunctuality by finding proper coverage and stay until coverage can be found.
  • Observes staff performances and encourages to improve.
