What you’ll do
- Recruit and onboard top talents
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and networking
- Manage contracts, employee records, leave & attendance
- Coordinate with PROs for visas and labor requirements
- Keep our HR systems and CRM up to date
- Support daily office operations and admin tasks
What we’re looking for
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws & visa processes
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in HR/recruitment tools
- Bachelor’s in HR, Business Admin, or related field
