Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, ensuring they have a positive dining experience. Your role will involve taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and with a positive attitude.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Process customer payments accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down the dining area.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant role is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and a team player.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
