Role Overview

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Waiter who is fluent in both Arabic and English. The ideal candidate will have prior F&B experience, strong communication skills, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar team.
• Serve dishes and drinks in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist customers with menu knowledge and recommendations.
• Ensure tables are clean, well-set, and properly maintained.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
• Follow hygiene, grooming, and presentation standards.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Fluency in Arabic and English (speaking & understanding required).
• Minimum 2 years of F&B/waiter experience in Dubai or the UAE.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Positive attitude and team spirit.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
