Full job description

This position is responsible for friendly, efficient registration, guest settlement, and the ability to provide accurate information to guests, co-workers and visitors. Candidates must be able to interact with guests in a courteous and efficient manner, possess high levels of attention to detail, and maintain high standards of guest service at all times. May perform Concierge/Bell Person duties as necessary.

Previous hotel guest services experience is preferred. Flexible schedule is required including days, holidays and weekends as needed. (Evenings not currently required.) Must be able to speak, read and write in English; Bilingual a plus, but not required.
