We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts cum Admin Assistant to join our team in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations (data entry such as quotations, invoicing, expense tracking).
- Prepare and maintain accounting records and reports.
- Manage general administrative tasks (filing, documentation, correspondence).
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams.
- Provide support for HR and office management duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in accounts and admin roles is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of accounting/office software is an added value.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
