Responsibilities:

• Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to meet health standards.
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as ingredient prep and basic assembly to support chefs and kitchen staff.
• Support banquet and catering setups by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for use.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces.
• Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure timely clearing of tables and proper food handling procedures.
• Follow safety protocols for handling cleaning chemicals and operating dishwashing machinery.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by staying proactive in cleaning duties and supporting overall kitchen operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of basic cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and hygiene.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
• Experience with bussing tables or assisting in food preparation is a plus but not mandatory.
