We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office, assist colleagues, and support management with day-to-day activities. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize office operations and procedures.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
  • Support management with administrative tasks and project coordination.
  • Assist in maintaining office supplies and equipment.
  • Greet clients and visitors and provide a professional, welcoming environment.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented.

Preferred:

  • Experience in Advertising Agency
  • Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
