Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, scheduling, onboarding)
- Handle employee documentation, record keeping, and file management
- Prepare offer letters, contracts, and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws
- Support in employee engagement activities and internal communications
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee records
- Assist in performance review coordination and HR policy updates
- Handle leave management, attendance, and basic payroll coordination
- Liaise with PRO for visa processing when required
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information and sensitive documents
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the UAE
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Female candidates only
- Must be on a spouse visa
