Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Breakfast Manager to lead our morning service team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid background in food service, and a passion for hospitality. This role involves overseeing breakfast operations, managing staff, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Previous restaurant management, food handling expertise, and experience with POS systems are highly valued. A background in hotel or restaurant environments, along with food industry experience, will be advantageous.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate breakfast service operations to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of food and beverages
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet quality standards
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated team environment
• Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
• Monitor cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas
• Assist with interviewing and onboarding new team members
• Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers as needed
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Lead by example in hospitality standards, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests

Experience

• Proven supervisory or restaurant management experience within the food service or hospitality industry
• Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety practices
• Experience with POS systems
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
• Background in hotel or restaurant environments is preferred
• Knowledge of the food industry trends, kitchen operations, and customer service excellence is essential
• Previous experience in interviewing, hiring, and training staff is desirable
