Barista / Coffee Juice Maker Job Duties

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment.
• Follow standard recipes and presentation guidelines to ensure consistent product quality.
• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and handle payments (cash, card, or digital).
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and customer seating areas.
• Monitor stock levels of coffee, milk, syrups, and other supplies; inform management of shortages.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health standards.
• Handle customer complaints politely and resolve issues effectively.
• Assist in training new staff on beverage preparation and café procedures.
• Upsell or recommend menu items to enhance customer experience.
• Follow opening and closing procedures, including cleaning, restocking, and cash handling.
