Personal Assistant

Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support the CEO in both corporate and family matters. The role includes event coordination, managing gifts, handling personal documents, and providing full administrative and organizational support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the CEO in daily personal and professional tasks.
  • Handle and maintain personal documents of the CEO and family.
  • Manage renewals and records of IDs and other official documents.
  • Assist in event planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Prepare, organize, and manage event-related gifts.
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion in all personal and professional matters.
  • Provide flexible support in both office and family-related activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in event coordination/management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with a high level of discretion.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Adaptable, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
