Job Summary:
We are urgently seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our team. The Dishwasher will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and utensils in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:
– Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently to wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and utensils
– Ensure the kitchen area is clean, well-maintained, and organized
– Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed
– Handle garbage disposal and recycling activities
– Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment

Skills:
– Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting
– Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
– Team player with good communication skills
– Knowledge of proper sanitation regulations

Nice-to-Have Skills:
– Experience in banquet, hotel, restaurant, or catering environments
– Culinary background or interest in food service industry
– Willingness to assist cooks with basic food preparation task

– understands and speaks portuguese is a plus
