We are looking for a detail-oriented and dynamic Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms and public areas.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Implement and monitor cleaning schedules, standards, and procedures.
  • Control inventory of linen, amenities, and housekeeping supplies.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene and brand standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
  • Monitor expenses and optimize resources to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Assistant Housekeeping Manager in a 4/5-star hotel.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Ability to manage a multicultural team and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of housekeeping systems and inventory management.
