Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry, demonstrating strong leadership, operational efficiency, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service in all F&B outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the F&B Manager in overseeing daily operations of all food and beverage outlets (restaurant, bar, in-room dining, banquets, etc.)
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation to maintain service excellence.
  • Monitor inventory, control costs, and ensure proper stock levels of supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate with the culinary and service teams to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Support in planning and executing promotional events, seasonal menus, and F&B marketing strategies.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards as per Dubai Municipality regulations.
  • Assist in budget preparation, sales forecasts, and achieving departmental KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2–4 years in a similar role within a 4- or 5-star hotel environment.
  • Education: Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
  • Sound knowledge of F&B operations, POS systems, and inventory software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
