Overview: We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor/HouseKeeper to join our team. As a Janitor/HouseKeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and ensuring the overall appearance of our facilities. This is a crucial role in providing a safe and pleasant environment for employees and visitors. Duties: – Perform industrial cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors – Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas – Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly – Dust and wipe down surfaces, including windows, furniture, and fixtures – Perform floor care duties such as buffing, waxing, and polishing – Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment – Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel – Follow all safety protocols and guidelines Qualifications: – Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred – Knowledge of facilities maintenance procedures is a plus – Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers, vacuums, and carpet cleaners – Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently – Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively Skills: – Industrial cleaning – Buffing – Facilities maintenance – Floor care – Cleanliness and organization – Porter duties – Custodial tasks – Commercial cleaning We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
