Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and service spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Care for floors using appropriate cleaning techniques such as sweeping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to maintain a pristine appearance
• Restock supplies like toiletries, linens, and amenities to ensure guest comfort and operational efficiency
• Follow established protocols for waste disposal, laundry services, and equipment maintenance to uphold hygiene standards
• Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and report them promptly
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleans as scheduled or required

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles is highly preferred
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including polishing, buffing, and industrial cleaning methods
• Prior hotel or hospitality experience is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with custodial procedures and industrial cleaning equipment
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness standards
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
