• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas meet health and safety standards
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing supplies and ingredients
• Support food service operations by bussing tables and clearing dining areas quickly and courteously

Skills

• Strong understanding of food handling, safety, and sanitation protocols
• Experience with bussing tables, food preparation, or catering environments preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced restaurant
• Excellent cleaning skills with attention to detail
• Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items when necessary
• Knowledge of kitchen operations and basic culinary processes is a plus
