Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors. Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial services, or hospitality is preferred, but a strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential. Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies
• Perform floor care duties such as mopping and carpet cleaning to maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas including lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms
• Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively
• Assist with inventory management by stocking cleaning supplies and reporting shortages

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, janitorial services, or custodial work is highly desirable
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and use of cleaning equipment
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
• Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties within scheduled shifts
• Hospitality or industrial cleaning experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
