### Front Desk Agent
#### Duties:
– Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
– Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
– Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
– Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
– Assist with reservations and room assignments
– Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts
– Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
– Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
– Perform night audit duties as required
#### Skills:
– Excellent hospitality management skills
– Strong guest relations abilities
– Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
– Familiarity with hotel management systems
– Experience with night audit procedures is a plus
– Bilingual proficiency is an asset
– Exceptional customer service skills
– Proficient in operating phone systems and handling multiple calls simultaneously
– Demonstrated phone etiquette and professional communication skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
