  • Handle appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and ensure clear communication
  • Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
  • Assist with clerical duties including typing correspondence, managing office emails, and supporting customer support efforts
  • Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure all office equipment is functioning properly for optimal productivity

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Prior experience in customer service or as a receptionist in medical or dental settings is highly desirable
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clientele
  • Strong phone etiquette skills with experience handling multi-line phone systems and providing customer support
  • Ability to perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management efficiently
  • Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
