Job Overview

Four Seasons Spa & Pool is hiring a motivated Pool Service & Repair Technician who is eager to learn and grow in a hands-on, skilled trade. This role focuses on maintaining residential swimming pools and learning how to diagnose and repair pool equipment.

No prior pool experience is required—we provide training. We’re looking for someone reliable, hard-working, and ready to build a long-term career with our team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine pool maintenance (cleaning, brushing, vacuuming, water testing, and balancing)
• Assist with diagnosing and repairing pool equipment including pumps, filters, and heaters
• Learn to inspect pool systems and identify potential issues
• Support equipment installations and replacements
• Maintain accurate service records
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Follow safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Valid driver’s license
• Good communication and customer service skills

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience in general labor, construction, landscaping, or mechanical work
• Interest in learning a skilled trade (mechanical, plumbing, or electrical)
• Basic understanding of tools and equipment
