Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Change bed linens and towels according to hotel standards.
• Clean and maintain public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
• Ensure that all cleaning supplies are stocked and properly stored.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing to ensure guest safety.
• Assist with floor care, including mopping, waxing, and buffing as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeping management is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with hotel operations and standards is a plus.
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and custodial best practices is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Earnings Structure

• During the training, the housekeeping staff will be getting paid per hour
• Post-training, the housekeeping staff will be getting paid per room assignment attended
