Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to support daily operations at a boutique hospitality property. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and provide a professional, welcoming experience
  • Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
  • Process payments and ensure valid cards are on file
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Assign rooms and coordinate with housekeeping
  • Provide clear instructions regarding access and policies
  • Maintain accurate records in the property management system

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
  • Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
  • Flexible availability (overnights, evenings, weekends, holidays)

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience
  • Familiarity with reservation or property management systems
