Overview:
Seeking a dependable, customer-friendly attendant to assist self-service customers, process wash-dry-fold orders, maintain a clean facility, and operate our POS system. Must be tech-savvy, positive, and able to work both weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with machines, payments, and general questions
• Process wash-dry-fold orders (receive, wash, dry, fold, package)
• Use POS system to check in/out orders and handle payments
• Keep the laundromat clean and stocked
• Communicate with customers in person and by phone/text
• Follow safety and operational procedures

Requirements:

• Able to work weekdays and weekends
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable using a POS and basic apps
• Basic cleaning experience
• Reliable, positive, and willing to work as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Must be English speaking, being multi lingual is a plus.
