Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented PT Housekeeper and a FT Laundry Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our Residents. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and experience in various cleaning disciplines. Prior experience in hospitality, janitorial services, or industrial cleaning is highly valued. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of resident rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces following established standards
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies
- Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and perform floor care to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Clean bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and tubs with attention to detail
- Handle special cleaning tasks such as deep cleaning as required
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working order
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals
- Report maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning duties
- Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for all staff and guests
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services preferred
- Experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough cleaning efficiently
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes
- Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues
- Physical stamina and mobility to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
