Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented PT Housekeeper and a FT Laundry Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our Residents. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and experience in various cleaning disciplines. Prior experience in hospitality, janitorial services, or industrial cleaning is highly valued. Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of resident rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces following established standards
• Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and perform floor care to maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Clean bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and tubs with attention to detail
• Handle special cleaning tasks such as deep cleaning as required
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working order
• Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals
• Report maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning duties
• Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for all staff and guests

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services preferred
• Experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is advantageous
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough cleaning efficiently
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes
• Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues
• Physical stamina and mobility to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
