Job Title: Maintenance Assistant

Job Type: Part-time

Job Overview:

As a Maintenance Assistant at Polo & Tennis Holdings, LLC you will play a crucial role in ensuring the facility is well-maintained and the landscaping and pool/pool areas are kept in top condition. You may also be asked to assist with additional tasks around the club as needed. This position offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with general maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning, and minor repairs
• Help maintain the landscaping by mowing, trimming, and watering plants
• Perform routine inspections of the facility to identify any maintenance needs
• Assist with setting up and breaking down equipment for events and activities
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance tasks
• Communicate effectively with other team members and supervisor
• Requirements:
• Previous experience in maintenance or landscaping is preferred
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in outdoor conditions
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
• Must be reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team
