Full job description
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define exhibition themes and content.
- Supervise outsourced companies, contractors, and suppliers to ensure compliance with Library policies and quality standards.
- Develop and monitor detailed timelines for planning and execution.
- Oversee venue preparation, exhibition setup, and technical readiness.
- Manage exhibition design, display platforms, and interactive media.
- Ensure proper handling, safety, and preservation of exhibits before, during, and after events.
- Collaborate with curators and content owners to select and organize displayed materials.
- Support marketing campaigns, media coverage, and promotional activities.
- Build partnerships with cultural institutions, museums, and related entities to attract new participation.
- Prepare post-exhibition reports including statistics, feedback, and improvement recommendations.
- Evaluate overall exhibition performance against set objectives and propose enhancements for future events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Media or equivalent
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in organizing events or exhibitions.
