Crystal Landscape Supplies is a growing small business that provides high-quality landscape materials to both contractors and retail customers. During our busy season (April – September), we serve a large volume of customers and take pride in providing friendly, efficient, and reliable service.

Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable, and organized Office Assistant to join our team for the busy season. This position plays an important role in helping customers, both in person and over the phone, while supporting the daily office operations. Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly valued due to our frequent interations with Spanish-speaking customers. The ideal candidate will have a friendly, positive attitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The candidate must also be available on Saturdays.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Answer phone calls and help customers with product questions and purchases.
  • Coordinate and schedule product deliveries.
  • Follow company procedures efficiently and accurately while using clear and concise communication.
  • Balance phone calls and in store customers efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain an organized and clean office environment.
  • Support the team with a friendly attitude to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
