Essential Job Functions

• Greet Members and guests warmly and provide five‑star service.
• Confidently describe menu items, specials, and beverage offerings.
• Communicate special requests, allergies, and modifications to culinary teams.
• Review orders before delivery to ensure accuracy.
• Clear and reset tables throughout service.
• Maintain knowledge of food, wine, beer, and spirits
• Assist with opening/closing duties and side work
• Maintain clean and organized dining and back‑of‑house spaces
• Assist with special events and basic food production.
