- She must be multitasking: reception, assistant, and admin support in one.
- Must be presentable, confident, and client-facing (welcoming clients, handling calls, professional emails).
- Computer skills are essential:
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive)
- CRM tools knowledge is a plus (HubSpot, Zoho, Monday).
- Strong English (written & spoken). Extra languages are a bonus.
- Organized, proactive, detail-oriented.
Role duties:
- Manage reception and act as the company’s face.
- Organize meetings, calendars, and correspondence.
- Support interior design & real estate projects with admin.
- Keep the office running smoothly.
- Handle some personal assistant tasks if needed.
