Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
  • Change bed linens and replenish towels, toiletries, and other supplies.
  • Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained and used safely.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
  • Follow established cleaning protocols and standards for quality assurance.
  • Assist in laundry duties as needed to ensure timely service.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests promptly.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.

Requirements:

  • Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment preferred.
