Overview:

We are seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk/Driver to be part of our Shipping and Receiving team in our Arlington, TX location.

Our company is a drug-free workplace. All employees are required to comply with initial prescreen and random drug testing.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter incoming shipment details into company systems and maintain organized records.
• Use computer software (Excel/internal systems) to track, verify, and process receiving documentation.
• Label, document, and store received materials in the correct warehouse locations.
• Support shipping operations by preparing, verifying, and processing outgoing shipments.
• Receive incoming tools and equipment and record units into the database tracking system.
• Perform local DFW deliveries/drop-offs as needed.
• Interact with customers directly to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Pull equipment scheduled for local delivery and stage items for transport.
• Complete all required paperwork and data entry accurately and on time.
• Pack and ship items through third-party couriers.
• This role requires you to work onsite, Monday through Friday.

• High school diploma (required)
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• High attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.
• Ability to lift 40lbs without assistance (required)
• Previous warehouse/shipping & receiving experience (preferred)
• Professional appearance
• Applicants must be 21+ (required)
• Clean driving record (within 3 years) and valid state driver license (required)
