Duties

• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining proper presentation standards.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, adhering to sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely service.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently while ensuring accuracy in cash handling.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive dining experience for all patrons.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining setting is preferred, with an emphasis on guest services.
• Familiarity with Micros POS system is advantageous.
