Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Assist with floor care duties, including sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to ensure surfaces are spotless and well-maintained
• Support housekeeping staff with laundry services, replenishing supplies, and restocking amenities as needed
• Conduct routine inspections of the property to identify maintenance issues or safety hazards and report them promptly
• Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas, including walkways, patios, and parking lots, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests
• Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure availability and proper functioning
• Support other hospitality functions such as event setup or guest assistance when required

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services; hotel experience is highly desirable
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods
• Strong understanding of hospitality standards and customer service principles
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high attention to detail
• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork
• Prior experience in housekeeping management or custodial roles is a plus
