As the kitchen manager, you will be responsible for your own roster of culinary
superheroes, from hiring, training, and day-to-day employee management. You’ll
have a team of cooks that you’ll teach “The Mangia Way” in and out of the kitchen.
Your day-to-day activities will include employee management, employee scheduling, kitchen maintenance, product and supply ordering, inventory management, vendor management, setting daily production goals, food cost budgeting, labor budgeting, kitchen organization recipe tuning, data entry, and occasionally executing events on-Site.
