Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures using multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette.
  • Provide outstanding guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining positive guest relations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in guest rooms and public areas as part of the housekeeping team, ensuring all spaces meet high standards of hospitality management.
  • Prepare and serve breakfast offerings with enthusiasm, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests each morning.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring safety protocols are followed to keep the resort in top condition.
  • Assist with guest requests related to hotel amenities or services, demonstrating bilingual or multilingual communication skills when needed.
  • Support overall hotel operations by collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily functioning and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is preferred but not required; a passion for delivering excellent customer service is essential.
