The Role
We are seeking a proactive and personable Building Coordinator to oversee the daily presentation, tenant experience, and maintenance coordination of our property. This role combines front desk presence with operational oversight, ensuring the building is always well-maintained, welcoming, and efficiently managed. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with tenants, handle service requests, and bring creative ideas to enhance the living or working environment. Responsibilities: Ensure the building’s common areas are always clean, organized, and visually appealing Greet and assist tenants, visitors, and service providers professionally Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants through regular interaction and responsiveness Receive, log, and follow up on all tenant maintenance complaints and service requests Coordinate with the maintenance department to ensure timely resolution of issues Monitor the status of open work orders and keep tenants informed of progress Suggest and implement creative ideas to improve tenant satisfaction and building ambiance (e.g., seasonal décor, mini-events, community boards) Maintain updated records of tenant interactions, service requests, and building notices Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and lease-related coordination Support emergency procedures and communicate effectively during incidents Prepare basic reports and updates for building management Ensure front desk operations run smoothly and professionally
Requirements
Prior experience in reception, coordination, or building operations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with property management systems or CRM tools Basic understanding of building maintenance workflows Professional appearance and customer service mindset Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in business administration or facilities coordination preferred
