  • Handle incoming correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages, with accuracy and promptness.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Support appointment scheduling and calendar management using tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office applications.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to support office financial processes.
  • Perform clerical duties such as proofreading documents, managing office supplies inventory, and supporting general office management activities.

Experience

  • Previous office experience or administrative support roles demonstrating strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
  • Proven customer service experience with excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
  • Familiarity with computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry tasks.
  • Bilingual abilities are highly valued to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members.
  • Experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is a plus but not required; relevant personal assistant experience is also beneficial.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
