Responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems to ensure precise fulfillment.
• Pack items securely using appropriate materials and techniques to prevent damage during transit.
• Load and unload shipments
• Operate heavy equipment including forklifts, clamp trucks, and cranes safely and efficiently to move materials within the warehouse.
• Manage shipping and receiving processes by verifying inbound and outbound shipments, recording data accurately, and maintaining detailed logs.
• Assist with inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment, cycle counts, and organizing warehouse storage areas.
• Support warehouse supervision by adhering to safety protocols, mechanical knowledge requirements, and proper materials handling procedures.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in warehouse distribution or similar roles with a focus on order picking and packing.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, shipping & receiving procedures.
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform heavy lifting regularly throughout shifts.
• Previous experience working in a logistics environments is a plus.
