At Proximity Malt, you’ll be home every night working a consistent, local position at our malting facility. This role combines CDL driving with hands-on plant work – no over-the-road travel.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform local deliveries and on-site truck movements (Class A CDL required)
• Load finished malt into trucks and containers
• Receive incoming grain shipments and verify accuracy
• Operate forklifts and loadout equipment (training provided)
• Check orders for accuracy before shipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

This role is a mix of driving and physical work.

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs
• Comfortable working in a plant environment (dust, noise, weather conditions)
