Security Guard Position – Gated Community (Immediate Hire)

We are seeking a dependable and professional security guard for a gated residential community in New York. This position is available for immediate start.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and assisting residents and visitors at the gatehouse
• Calling residents to confirm visitor access before entry
• Checking identification and maintaining visitor logs
• Monitoring community entrance and ensuring a safe environment
• Providing excellent customer service while enforcing community policies

Requirements:

• Valid New York State Security Guard License
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
