Job Description: We are a small local pool company seeking a Secretary to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company, including assisting with day-to-day tasks, answering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, managing company files, and performing general office duties.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the company
- Answer phone calls and emails and respond to customer inquiries
- Schedule appointments and manage company calendars
- Create and maintain company files and databases
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning
- Assist with other tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
