Job Description: We are a small local pool company seeking a Secretary to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company, including assisting with day-to-day tasks, answering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, managing company files, and performing general office duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the company
  • Answer phone calls and emails and respond to customer inquiries
  • Schedule appointments and manage company calendars
  • Create and maintain company files and databases
  • Perform general office duties such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning
  • Assist with other tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
