Commercial HVAC Sheet Metal Shop (Non-Union)

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (DOE)

WHAT YOU’LL DO

We’re hiring a dependable delivery driver to support a busy commercial HVAC sheet metal shop. This is a non-CDL role, but trailer experience is required. You’ll be delivering ductwork and HVAC materials to active commercial job sites.

• Deliver sheet metal ductwork and HVAC materials to commercial job sites
• Drive trucks with flatbed or enclosed trailers (non-CDL)
• Back, park, and maneuver trailers safely on job sites
• Load, unload, and properly secure duct and materials
• Stage and verify materials per job tickets
• Assist shop and field crews as needed
• Maintain trucks, trailers, and yard organization

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Trailer experience REQUIRED
• Ability to pass a background check
• Comfortable with load securement and job-site driving
• Reliable and punctual — this position keeps jobs moving

This is a working driver role — not just driving.

REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

• NON-CDL license acceptable
• Proven trailer backing and maneuvering ability
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
• Comfortable working around commercial construction sites
• Must pass background check
• Safety-first mindset
