Warehouse Associate & Equipment Delivery Driver – Labor Intensive

$18–$22/hour (Depending on Experience)

Crown Rental is a family-owned and operated equipment and event rental company serving Dakota County with three locations. We take pride in clean, reliable equipment and treating our customers right.

We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking team member who’s comfortable both on the road and in the warehouse. This position offers variety — some days you’ll be delivering equipment to job sites, other days you’ll be in the warehouse prepping equipment and helping customers.

What You’ll Do

On the Road:

• Deliver and pick up rental equipment from residential and commercial job sites
• Safely load and unload equipment at customer locations
• Explain proper equipment usage and safety basics to customers
• Secure equipment for safe transport

In the Warehouse:

• Inspect and service equipment to ensure it’s clean and in proper working order
• Load and unload delivery trucks and customer vehicles
• Assist customers picking up and returning equipment
• Help maintain a clean, organized warehouse

Daily Expectations:

• Use company technology and software to assist with deliveries and operations
• Communicate clearly with team members and customers
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
